Our process begins with you. We find that our buyers commonly have three different situations:
Are you looking for a move-in ready home? We post those on the Find Your Home link at the top of the page, well before they are on MLS. Our listing agent will guide you on the included features and selections still available.
Would you prefer to build a new home that is pre-designed by us? There are many advantages, and we have many options to choose from. Check the Services tab to see how it works.
Or are you interested in building a completely custom home with the challenges and rewards that offers? Our Design + Build service may be the right fit.

Initial Consultation and Next Steps
Do you own a lot and want to build? Are you looking for a home site now to build later? When do you want to move in? What do you want to spend on your home? What are the characteristics of the home that are important to you? Have you been pre-qualified by a lender or can we recommend one?
These are questions we ask during our initial consultation. It is helpful if you already have a sense for the answers, but it is not critical that you know all of them right away.
